We are involved in Manufacturing and Supplying of Single Wire Soap Cutter in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, South India. Description: - 12 wire Flat soap cutter made in mild steel frame in Top and HDPE plate form in bottom to make the cutter as sturdy and long durable product. The cutter is powder coated to protect it from corrosion. To get a perfect cut on the soap loaves, the cutter made of 0.55mm thick 304 Grade stainless steel wire was used. This cutter will give Even Thickness soaps. This cutter will give 12 cuts and 11 clear thick soaps in one cutting action. This cutter is very much Suitable for Regular Silicon Moulds. This cutter is designed to cut cold process and hot process soaps; it is not suitable for cutting melt and pour soaps. Specification: - Cutter Dimension – 415 (L)x 380 (W)x 80 (H)mm. Platform Dimension – 325 x 110 mm Maximum Soap loaf size can cut in the cutter – 125 (H) x 125(w) x 300(L)mm Length. Thickness of the soap is 25mm means around 1inch, Standard space between the two wires is 25mm.
